Claygate Common small woodland management works team need you 🫵

Meet at 9.30am at the entrance to the green at Claygate

Common via Common Lane (what3words ///rider.puddles.star)

Volunteers will be clearing invasive laurel and thinning excessive holly to restore light and diversity in the woods for flora, fauna and public

access and enjoyment.

Elmbridge Countryside Team rangers will provide tools and training but please bring:

Water and snacks for the duration

Suitable outdoor sturdy footwear (steel toe capped boots if you have them) & Thick gardening-type gloves (available from the depot if you haven't got any!)

We will be working until 12.30pm but you can leave earlier if you wish.
