We know that waiting can be frustrating, especially with technology. But today, we have great news to share that we believe will make your day brighter! After investing a lot of time and effort into fixing various bugs, we are excited to announce that the Apple card issue has been resolved. We appreciate your patience, and now let's get into the details!

What Happened?

Recently, we faced several technical issues with the Apple membership cards that impacted our 2025 members. These problems delayed the issuance of your cards, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. After many late nights, email exchanges with apple, scratched heads and more, we're thrilled to inform you that the problems have been successfully addressed!

Who is Affected?

This update is relevant to all members who joined or renewed their memberships and submitted their applications since February. If you’re one of these members your Apple membership cards have been reissued, and you can now access them without further issues.

Check Your Email!

On your mobile device please check your email for a message containing your reissued Apple membership card (it will be an attachment).

If you can’t find the email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam, junk or promotions folder. We want to ensure you don’t miss out on any important information!

Adding Your Card to Your Wallet

To make the process simple, here are step-by-step instructions for adding your Apple membership card to your wallet:

Open Your Email: Find the email that contains your reissued Apple membership card - subject 'Reissuing Apple 2025 CGS Membership cards'.
Download the Card: Click on the attachment or link provided in the email to download your Apple membership card.
Open the Wallet App: On your Apple device, open the Wallet app.
Add Card: Look for the option to add a new card. Typically a ‘+’ symbol.
Confirm and Enjoy: After adding, make sure your card appears in your Wallet. Enjoy everything your membership has to offer!
