Membership Office Closed for Winter from 21 Nov 2025

Thank you all for another great year with CGS. Our membership this year is at 425 with a healthy number of new members! Welcome to you all. As per previous years and new members and renewals from July until now are ‘early bird’ members and will receive their 2026 member card by the new year.

2025 memberships and cards remain active until Dec 31st 2025.

From tomorrow morning, Friday 21 November, the membership office will be closed until Jan 2 2026.

We will not be processing new members or renewals online until the office reopens.

Any Early Bird memberships for 2026 submitted and paid for online by tonight will be processed. 2026 physical cards will be available for collection from the AGM and digital cards sent between the AGM and Jan 1.

We will accept in person renewals at the AGM on Thurs 27 Nov.

Any memberships submitted from tomorrow 21 Nov 2025 until Jan 2, 2026, will be processed when the office reopens.
