The annual summer BBQ at Vale Road Allotments. Lots of fun and open to all CGS and CAHA members.

About the event
This year's BBQ will again be held in the car park at the entrance to Vale Road Allotments starting at 1pm on Saturday July 22nd
As usual Claygate Scouts will be providing a Marquee and tables for salads, bread, and afters, and we will also have two or three small gazebos. We would ask you however to bring your own umbrellas, small tables and chairs.
This year we are charging £12.50 head per head (children free) for which we will provide burgers, kebabs and possibly other meat from the barbecue. Alternatively you could choose rainbow trout which will also be cooked on the barbecue.
Money will be collected through the provision of tickets above, we would encourage members to use this system. If you have any difficulty with this payment method please contact Janet, at  info@claygate-gardening.org.
We will need some help assembling the barbecue and gazebos on the Saturday morning. Please contact caha.communications@gmail.com if you can help.
Members have traditionally volunteered salads and afters for everyone to share. We hope you will do so again.

CAHA/CGS Summer BBQ - Meat
This is your event ticket and entitles you to a meat based meal provided at the CAHA/CGS barbecue. Ticket holders must present their tickets on entry. You can either print your ticket or present this digital version. You can find all the details about this event on our website. If you can't attend the event please get in touch. Looking forward to see you there. (children are free and do not need to present ticket).
